I believe that in a business or organization - whether is it is a multi-national corporation, a non-profit charity, a government department or institution - success is the result of the people who work there. Everyone is important, from the blue sky visionaries and decision-makers to the steady daily grinders who do endless tasks to keep the business ticking over. 

All people are extraordinary to me. Most especially ordinary people who have faced unprecedented challenges in life, or overcome simple obstacles. Everybody has a story, everybody is a hero, and these heroes are the people who build businesses.
